“The Resisting Dreamer” is the third proper album from some of Chicago 's favorite creatives (members of great bands like PELICAN, RLYR, INTRCPTR, and many more). Unlike the heavy (mostly) instrumental work we’ve come to know and celebrate from these gents, TUSK always incorporated vocals and steered heavily into experimentation of genre forms. With this release, late vocalist Jody Minnoch was unfortunately unable to contribute to the session and the band featured new co-vocalists Evan Patterson of YOUNG WIDOWS and Toby Driver of KAYO DOT.

Having slipped out of print via time and circumstance, TUSK’s final two albums - 2007’s “The Resisting Dreamer” and 2003’s “Tree of No Return” saw formal digital reissues via Pax Aeternum on March 25, 2022.
